Our Refund Policy

At Home Webes, we strive to provide exceptional website development services that meet your expectations. Due to the custom nature of our work, we have a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

Important Notice

All sales are final once work has begun on your project. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Due to the customized nature of website development, refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

Once we purchase a domain name on your behalf
Once development work has started on your website
If you change your mind about the project after work has begun
If you're unsatisfied with the results but cannot specify what should be changed
If the project is canceled after the initial deposit has been made

Domain Name Purchases

Domain names are purchased from third-party registrars and cannot be refunded once registered. The fees we pay to these registrars are non-refundable, and therefore we cannot offer refunds for domain name purchases.

Hosting Services

If we purchase hosting services on your behalf, these are also non-refundable as we pay hosting providers in advance for their services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While we don't offer refunds, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee through revisions:

Revision Process

We include reasonable revisions during the development process to ensure your satisfaction. If you're not happy with any aspect of your website, we will work with you to make the necessary changes at no additional cost.

Project Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your project after work has begun:

  • No refund will be provided for work already completed
  • You will be invoiced for any outstanding work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any domain names or hosting services purchased will remain your property
  • All source code and design files will be transferred to you upon full payment

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@homewebes.com
  2. We will schedule a meeting to discuss your concerns
  3. We will propose a solution to address the issues
  4. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer additional services instead of a refund

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion:

If we are unable to complete the project due to circumstances on our end
If there is a significant error in our service that cannot be resolved
If required by applicable consumer protection laws

Payment Terms Reminder

Please remember our payment terms:

  • 30% deposit if we provide domain name and hosting
  • 50% deposit if you have your own domain and hosting
  • Final payment due within 3 days of project completion

Important

If final payment is not received within 3 days of project completion notification, we reserve the right to take possession of the website. We may either close the website or sell it to recover our costs and efforts.
