What's Not Included
Please note that major website redesigns, complete rebranding, or adding completely new functionality may require a separate project quote. The maintenance package covers updates and modifications to your existing website structure and design.
5-Day Website Development
Our standard website development process takes just 5 business days from start to finish. The exact timeline may vary depending on the complexity of your project and how quickly you provide feedback and materials.
Day 1: Discovery & Planning
We discuss your requirements, target audience, and goals. We create a sitemap and design concept for your approval.
Day 2: Design Approval
We present the design mockups for your website. You provide feedback and approval to move forward with development.
Day 3-4: Development
Our developers build your website with attention to detail, ensuring it's responsive, fast, and user-friendly.
Day 5: Review & Launch
You review the completed website, request any final adjustments, and we launch it to make it live for your audience.
Payment Process
We've designed our payment process to be straightforward and fair for both parties:
Initial Deposit
We require a deposit before beginning work on your project:
- 30% deposit if you need us to purchase the domain name and hosting
- 50% deposit if you already have your own domain name and hosting
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon project completion. After we notify you that your website is ready, you have 3 days to make the final payment.
Important Notice
If final payment is not received within 3 days of project completion notification, we reserve the right to take possession of the website. We may either close the website or sell it to recover our costs and efforts.

To ensure we can deliver your website within our 5-day timeframe, we need:
- Clear communication about your requirements and goals
- Timely feedback during the design and review stages
- All necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.)
- Access to any existing accounts (domain, hosting if applicable)
- Prompt responses to our questions and requests
